O9bit Terms & Conditions — Please read before using our services

O9bit (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an international online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between o9bit and its members.

By visiting our website, creating an account, downloading the app, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

O9bit reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or in-app notification.

When registering with o9bit, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information will result in permanent account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration Requirements:

• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid phone number
• Only one account is permitted per individual.
• If multiple accounts are found on the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be closed
• Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.
• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone

You must be 18 years of age or older to use o9bit's services. We firmly believe it is our ethical responsibility to keep minors away from gaming.

Additionally, residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited may not use o9bit. It is each member's sole responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

O9bit supports multiple payment methods for Bangladesh members, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name
• Withdrawals are permitted after wagering at least once the full deposit amount
• Specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Suspicious withdrawal requests may be held for 24–48 hours for verification

O9bit offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to make the experience more enjoyable for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

1. Welcome Bonus For new members only, on the first deposit. Can only be claimed once.
2. Wagering Requirement Typically 15–30x the bonus amount. The exact requirement is specified on each bonus page.
3. Bonus Validity Period Typically 7–30 days. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
4. Maximum Winnings from Bonus Varies per bonus. Typically 5–10x.
5. Combining Bonuses Prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

O9bit offers betting on 20+ sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Always review the odds carefully before placing any bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash-Out feature)
• O9bit reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, your bet amount will be refunded.
• Delays in live betting may affect outcomes — this is a known limitation of the technology.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same match to guarantee an artificial win will result in all bets being voided.
• If a selection in a parlay or accumulator bet is voided, it will be counted at odds of 1.00

Betting limits are set by o9bit and may vary across different matches and markets. If a member consistently records unusually large wins, o9bit reserves the right to review their betting limits.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on o9bit. Violation of these rules will result in account closure and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering under a false or another person's identity
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack other members' accounts or steal their information
• Publishing or promoting content that damages o9bit's reputation

O9bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account. Accounts are generally closed for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Providing false or fraudulent identification
• Identified as a Minor
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Extended inactivity (1 year or more).
• Voluntary Account Closure

If a member has legitimate funds in their balance at the time of account closure and no terms have been violated, those funds will be refunded. However, funds may be confiscated in cases of rule violations.

Protecting your personal information is our priority. All data provided on o9bit is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Your information is never sold or rented to third parties
• Information may only be disclosed to authorities when required by law

• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time

O9bit provides its services on an "as is" basis. o9bit is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to a technical issue or server downtime.
• If a transaction fails due to loss of internet connection
• Delays due to issues with third-party payment gateways
• If an account is affected by an issue with the user's own device
• For financial losses from betting — betting is an entirely risk-based activity.

O9bit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

1. A notification will be sent to the registered email address
2. A banner notice will be displayed on the app and website
3. New terms take effect 7 days after the date of change.
4. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms

You have the right to close your account if you do not agree with any changes.
